The Chef proposes an elegant, refined menu inspired by French gastronomy. Prepared on board every day,
it focuses on the taste and authenticity of carefully chosen seasonal produce.

Meeting on board
the Saphir or the Bretagne, moored at the quay
• 12.15 – 3 pm:
Lunch Cruise
on the same boat, still privately booked
• 3 pm – 5 pm:
Continuation of the meeting,
moored at the quay
